WARRANTY, SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
As of August 29 2025 shipments to the USA will have a tariff applied to the shipment which will have to be paid by the customer on or before delivery via UPS. We will not accept orders to PO Boxes in the near term as UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a customer wants an item to be shipped to a PO box email [email protected] to discuss before ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order for any reason. This is generally done if we cannot fill an order, if an order is not possible and to avoid abuses such as non lock owners attempting to order keys and/or parts.
Shipping Policy:
For US Customers we use UPS primarily or Canada post when shipping to PO boxes and certain areas.
In Canada and overseas we will ship via Canada Post, all shipments come with a tracking number. We insure all of our lock shipments and we require a signature on delivery where available. We do not guarantee shipping times as it is out of our control but we strive to have the locks at the post office the next business day. If the factory is closed for a period a message will state the date in which the factory will reopen and when the orders place during the closing will be shipped. All shipping charges are in US Dollars as are all Prices.
International shipments:
Canada Post Xpress Post: Your shipment should arrive within 14 business days and will have a tracking number and shipping insurance. In most cases, where available, we will require that you sign for the package on delivery. Some areas may not offer this option.

If an item is defective or being sent back under warranty you must contact us by email for confirmation before shipping.

Exchange Refund and Return Policy:
Exchange Policy:
1) If the lock arrives defective in any way or is not functioning properly within the first 30 days we will pay the shipping costs to exchange the product for you.
2) After the first 30 days the warranty takes effect and we will exchange the defective product for a new product. The shipping cost are the customer's responsibility and the product must prove to be defective and not purposely damaged. Please read the terms warranty below.
Cancellation Policy:
We charge a 5% cancellation fee as we are charged fees when the order is placed by the payment processor that are not refundable to us when the order is cancelled. We can cancel an order if the customer notifies us before the item is packaged and shipped. If the item has been shipped we cannot cancel the order.
Return and Refund Policy:
We do not offer returns or refunds. Once you purchase a lock we will not return or refund the items purchased. Our products are high security items, our customers would not tolerate receiving a previously used item and as such we do not resell items that are returned to us. We ship with tracking numbers and insurance to insure the package is delivered to you.
Unclaimed Packages/Returned to sender:
The post office/UPS will attempt a delivery to the shipping address. If there is no one home to sign for the lock a notice will be left and the package will be held at the post office or UPS that services your address. If the lock is not retrieved with in the allotted hold window it will be returned to us. Once we receive the package back (which generally takes 3-4 weeks) we will contact you to discuss reshipping the item and whether another address would be preferred. The customer is responsible for the costs of the second shipment which we will invoice for via a PayPal invoice. If the customer no longer wants the product at that point a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price in order to cancel and refund the order at that point. The original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. This only applies to packages that were never received or opened by a customer.

Bowley Lock Company Deadbolt and knob Limited 2 year Warranty:
The Bowley Lock Companies Deadbolts and knobs come with a 2 year limited warranty. We will replace or repair any broken items with in two years of the purchase date. This warranty does not include intentional damage or damage due to abnormal use or abuse. If your Bowley lock has an issue please contact our info line at [email protected] to start your warranty claim. We will then contact you to determine a path forward and will either send you replacement parts or ask you to return the lock so we can repair it. After the first 30 days the shipping costs are not covered under warranty and are the responsibility of the lock owner. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the lock.
Bowley Lock Padlock Limited 3 Month Warranty:
The Bowley Lock Companies padlocks and keys come with a 3 month limited warranty. We will replace or repair any broken items with in 3 months of the of the delivery date. This warranty does not include intentional damage or damage due to abnormal use or abuse. If your Bowley padlock has an issue please contact our info line at [email protected] to start your warranty claim. We will then contact you to determine a path forward and will either send you replacement parts or ask you to return the lock so we can repair it. After the first 30 days the shipping costs are not covered under warranty and are the responsibility of the lock owner. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the lock.
