We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order for any reason. If an order is cancelled a full refund will be provided. This is generally done if we cannot fill an order, if an order is not possible and to avoid abuses and non lock owners from ordering keys and/or parts.

In Canada and the USA all of our shipments will ship via Canada Post and come with a tracking number. We insure all of our lock shipments and we require a signature on delivery where available. We do not guarantee shipping times as it is out of our control but we strive to have the locks at the post office the next business day. All shipping charges are in US Dollars as are all Prices.
International shipments:

1) If the lock arrives defective in any way or is not functioning properly within the first 30 days we will pay the shipping costs to exchange the product for you.
2) After the first 30 days the warranty takes effect and we will exchange the defective product for a new product. The shipping cost are the customer's responsibility and the product must prove to be defective and not purposely damaged. Please read the terms warranty below.

If a lock is returned to us (returned to sender) we will contact you to notify you that we have received it back. If the package was properly addressed by us or if there was an address error that was the fault of the customer, the customer will need to pay shipping fees again and we will re-ship the item. If we were the cause of the addressing error we will send it out again at no charge. If the customer refuses the package or refuses to pay to reship the package once we receive it back we will charge a 50% restocking fee for the order and refund the remainder not including original shipping charge.

The Bowley Lock Deadbolt and Keys come with a 2 year limited warranty. We will replace or repair any broken items with in two years of the purchase date. This warranty does not include intentional damage or damage due to abnormal use or abuse. If your Bowley lock has an issue please contact our info line at info@bowleylockcompany.com to start your warranty claim. We will then contact you to determine a path forward and will either send you replacement parts or ask you to return the lock so we can repair it. After the first 30 days the shipping costs are not covered under warranty and are the responsibility of the lock owner.
